ABOUT US

National Teleprinting was incorporated in 1985 with the purpose of imaging computer files into camera-ready art. We eagerly began to learn the ins and outs of this brand new way to prepare printing artwork. Then, as now, the company's owner, Jim Howe, worked tirelessly to stay one step ahead of the many glitches and conflicts that present themselves to the modern graphic designer.

Our first modem, a home-made unit, transferred data at a whopping 300 baud. Now, as in the beginning, we pride ourselves in having output more graphic arts files, with less re-dos, than anyone in the Front Range area. With the latest Macintosh G4 and Pentium work stations, certification from Adobe, Quark, Kodak, and Iomega, plus the sharpest staff around, we truly are "leading the way into the 21st century." Whether you need information transferred from one disk format to another, a tricky set of files trapped, a rush set of negs and PressMatch, or a simple one color lino, our commitment remains constant.

That commitment carries over into our printing division also. After hearing horror stories about the printing process from so many of our prepress customers, the decision was made in late 1995 to purchase a brand new Heidelberg GTO press.

The GTO has helped position us as a leader in the short to medium run color market. Our TeleColor (8.5x11 full color brochure) product make it easy for buyers to get the quality they need at a price they can afford, without an endless series of technical problems resulting in unexpected additional charges.

When set up as a 2/2 perfector, the Heidelberg makes quick work of long 2-color flyer runs. Our continuous label press prints 1,2, or 3-color labels beautifully. From a black and white business card to a 6-color annual report, we have the expertise to get it right for you.
